HOW DO I BUY?

BUYING THE PRODUCTS

You can buy products by clicking on the “Add to basket” button near every product, on the detail page. After adding the product to the basket, you have the possibility of continuing your shopping or of completing the order.

To send an order you have to complete the follwing steps:

1. Click on the "Checkout" button.

2. You have the possibility of accessing your account in case you are a member of www.rvl.ro, using your e-mail address and pasword. After signin into your account and after choosing the desired products, confirm your order by clicking on the “Place order” button.

3. If you do not have an account, you can create your own account, or you can continue the order without registering. You will have to fill in your contact information, billing address and choose the payment method (for the moment, we only accepte payment on delivery). After filling in this information, click on the “Place order” button.

An order is successfully completed when the proforma invoice corresponding to your order is displayed (and sent to your e-mail). When the order is processed by RAVIOLI, you will be contacted in order to confirm your information. The dispatch of your package is made only after the confirmation of your order. If within 3 working days we do not have the confirmation of your order, the order will be cosidered void.

If you have already placed your order, you can send us within 12 hours, an e-mail to marketing@rvl.ro with the potential changhes you want to make. This is not possible after you have already confirmed your order to our consultant.


Ordering by e-mail: Send un an email with the names and the codes of the desired items to marketing@rvl.ro, including your contact information and  the delivery address. One of our consultants will contact you to confirm the order.




DELIVERY

The products are delivered through a shipping agengcy. The package will be sent to the address mentioned in Dispatch Information. The delivery time intervals vary depending on the destination country, between 1 and 14 working days starting the moment your order is processed.

The package will be sent to you the moment we have the confirmation of the your order payment to the S.C. RAVIOLI S.R.L account. In case your bank refuses or does not make the payment into our account, for any reason, we are not liable for delays or the refusal of an order.




ORDER PAYMENT

All the prices include VAT. The final cost of the transaction will include the price of the ordered products and the transportation price. For orders outside Romania, the payment of the total cost (product and delivery costs) must be made in advance, by bank transfer in the S.C. RAVIOLI S.RL. account: Alpha Bank, IBAN account RO18BUCU327305982511EU01.




PRODUCT RETURN AND MONEY REFUND

In case you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can return it within 10 working days from the reception of the product, in compliance with the Romanian legislation in the field: “the consumer is entitled to denounce unilaterally the distance contract, within 10 working days, with no penalties or reasons. The only costs that may have to be incurred by the consumer are the direct expenses for the product return”.

In this case, the only condition is that the product may be in the same state it was delivered to you (with the labels attached, in the original packing and with the accompanying documents). Within 30 days at most from the return date, we will refund the value of the order to your account or by money order. The refund expenses will be incurred by the customer.

If the size of the product ordered by you does not fit you, you can return it and request another size, if it is available. We will send the requested size to you at once, and if it is not available, you have the possibility of choosing another product and pay the difference.

In all situations, the return costs are incurred by the client.
