Without any previous notification, RAVIOLI may erase or add information on the site, interrupt any activity or archive part of the contents of the site.



Registration as member

By using the www.rvl-shop.com you agree to provide correct, true, current and complete information about yourself, as requested in the section for registration as user.

By registering as member, you have to choose a user name and a password. You are responsible for the safekeeping of your member access password for this site and you are completely responsible for any activity carried out under your user name.

In case you forget your password or sense any sign of unauthorized activity under your user name, please let us know immediately.

 Your personal data will be used only to the stated purpose of this site. We undertake not to make them public or sell the data bases containing information regarding our clients’ personal data. Information about products and delivery

Please take into account the fact that the colour of the RAVIOLI products on this site depends, among other things, on the used computer monitor. We are not liable for the possible colour differences between the colour on your screen and the one of the actual product.
 
RAVIOLI products are available in the sizes indicated in the size table. Nevertheless, as each product has certain particularities, some sizes may vary.

It is possible that certain products may not be available, as the stock may change between the moment of the placement of the order and the moment it is accepted. In case the product you ordered is not in our stock any longer, you will be informed at once and we will not charge you.

We reserve the right of changing the sale prices of the presented products, when we consider it necessary. The prices on the www.rvl-shop.com website include VAT.

The orders on www.rvl-shop.com are processed from monday to frinday, between 9-17 (Romania timezone - GMT + 2h). The delivery will be made onlt after the confirmation of your order. If the confirmation of an order cannot be made within 3 working days, the order will be considered void.

As regards the delivery, there may be extreme cases in which the express mail company may lose your package. If this is the case, if the products ordered by you are in stock, we will send them to you immediately, with the unavoidable delay. In case one or all the ordered products are not in stock any more, we will refund the amount paid for the products.

Only the orders that observe exactly the rules posted on the site may benefit from the special offers. The special offers are valid only during the period of time specified on the site and only as long as available in stock.

We do not guarantee the availability in stock of the special offer products and we can interrupt or cancel it anytime without any previous notification.
